In December, Ed Hugener of Keewaydin was appointed to fill a recently vacated seat on the Board of Directors.
Ed and his family have lived in Nokomis East for 15 years with the past seven years living in the Keewaydin neighborhood. He is, “extremely thankful to live in such an amazing area and to have met many other families who make our neighborhood so welcoming. Our neighborhood feels like a small town, but in a large city.”
According to Ed, he and his wife “have done a good job growing roots in the neighborhood for their children, and we feel like now is a good time to become more involved in the community. He is excited to play a role in growing a stronger and safer neighborhood by getting more of the community engaged and involved.”
As a NENA Board member, Ed hopes to “maintain and grow on the success I’ve seen the Board achieve over the past few years. Also, help the neighborhood continue to flourish with new developments and draw new residents to live in the community.”
We are glad that Ed has joined the NENA team!
