Council Member Andrew Johnson (Ward 12), City Staff and NENA’s Housing, Commercial and Streetscape Committee are co-hosting a community meeting on September 30th to gather neighborhood input on a proposed housing development at 54th Street & Riverview Road.
The City is in the process of issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for four properties to be developed by 54th Street East and Riverview Road. They are: 5118 54th Street East and 5348, 5364, and 5368 Riverview Road.
Join the conversation as the City prepares plans to develop the site for a new multi-family construction project. You can learn about the RFP process and share your thoughts on draft development objectives for the site. Come and be a part of shaping the future development of this site.
