Minneapolis Public Works plans to replace the 28th Avenue Bridge over Minnehaha Creek in 2019. This work will require detouring 28th Avenue at the bridge for the duration of construction.
Conceptual bridge options will be posted on the City Project Website by Monday, May 14. The public is encouraged to review the options and to offer comments.

This will be an opportunity for community members to learn about the bridge project and share with the engineers any thoughts, ideas or concerns.
2. Community Meeting
Wednesday, May 30, 2018
5:30 – 7:00 pm
Public Works staff will hold a follow up meeting to share the bridge layout with the community and explain how public feedback was incorporated into the project.
