    The MDA is proposing a management plan to eradicate a reproducing gypsy moth population in the city of Minneapolis. The proposed treatment area is 298 acres in the southeast corner of the city.     BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) community meetings are a safe space for Nokomis East BIPOC residents to come together and share their ideas and vision for the neighborhood. Each meeting is hosted by BIPOC members of NENA's Board and staff. Light refreshments (tea, coffee, pastries) will be served.
